Two people. An ocean of distance between them. Everything - longing, intimacy, desire - compressed into a single point of contact: the lips on the telephone.
Long Distance Lips borrows its title from the lines of an AC/DC song. One figure reaches from the left, another from the right. What passes between them is electric, invisible and entirely real - carried by the AC/DC thunderbolt along the phone line.
When you are far from your lover, the lips do the heavy lifting.
